Working Principle
After the bottle separating mechanism separates the products, the sensor detects the passing of the products, sends back a signal to the control system, and controls the motor at an appropriate position to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled.
Operation process: put the product (can be connected to the assembly line) → product delivery (automatically realized by the equipment) → product separation → product inspection → labeling → collect the labeled products.

The whole machine adopts a mature PLC control system, which makes the whole machine run stably and at a high speed. Universal-shaped bottle-dividing device, no need to replace accessories for bottles of any diameter, and quickly adjust the positioning. The labeling speed, conveying speed and bottle dividing speed can be adjusted steplessly and adjusted according to the needs.
